Suspect Throws Guns, Money Out Window During High-Speed Chase
ANTELOPE, Calif. (CBS13) – A suspect driving a stolen car allegedly threw guns, money and checks out the window during a high-speed chase that ended on Interstate 80 in Antelope.
Elk Grove police spotted a stolen 2003 Saturn from Orangevale at Mack Road and Highway 99 just before 3 p.m. Tuesday. When officers attempted to make a stop, the suspect reportedly took off, leading them on a high-speed chase along Highway 99 to Business 80 and then onto I-80 where CHP took over.
CHP officers used a PIT maneuver to stop the car at I-80 in Antelope. Police arrested a male and a female suspect.
