Suspect Sought In Modesto Attempted Kidnapping
MODESTO (CBS13) -- A 16-year-old girl fought off a kidnapping attempt as she walked home from school on Thursday, according to Modesto police.
The girl, an Elliot Alternative Education Center student was walking home from school at about 12:45 p.m. in the area of Roseburg Avenue and Melrose Avenue when she was approached by a man in a grey Lexus, police said.
