Suspect In Fatal Natomas Apartment Stabbing Arrested In Roseville
SACRAMENTO (CBS13) – Police say the man wanted in connection to the deadly stabbing of a man at a Natomas apartment complex has been arrested in Roseville.
Aaron Ramzy was identified as the suspect in the incident by the Sacramento Police Department yesterday.
The incident happened just before 11 p.m. Monday at the Iron Gate Apartments on Arena Boulevard, near Duckhorn Drive. Police responded due to a reported assault at the complex and soon found a man who had been stabbed multiple times.
That man was taken to the UC Davis Medical Center but soon died from his injuries.
Wednesday morning, officers responded to the Sunrise Avenue and Cirby Way area of Roseville after the 24-year-old Ramzy was spotted in the area. The police activity forced two schools in the area to go on precautionary lockdown.
Sacramento Police later announced that Ramzy had been taken into custody.
Ramzy is currently being questioned by Sacramento Police.
