Suspect Accused Of Fatally Shooting Stockton Teen Caught In San Jose
STOCKTON (CBS13) – Police have arrested a teenager wanted for killing another teen in Stockton on Friday.
Detectives arrested Edgar Frayre, 19, in San Jose. Police say Frayre shot and killed the 16-year-old teen in the 600 block of Salem Way just before 9:30 p.m. The victim was rushed to a nearby hospital, but died.
Frayre was booked into the San Joaquin County Jail on suspicion of homicide.
