Sunshine, Breezy Weather Ahead
Sunshine and pleasant temperatures are ahead, but the breezy weather will pick up at times this coming workweek.
Sunday was a great day for just about everyone in Northern California. Sacramento reached highs in the upper 70s, which is normal for this time of year.
Expect more sunshine throughout the week as a ridge of high pressure noses into the area. Temperatures will stay in the upper 70s and low 80s for most of the week with a slight uptick in the wind for Tuesday through Thursday.
A weak system will dry and clip the region Thursday, but most forecast models agree it is not likely to bring significant rain.
Next weekend will continue the benign weather with sunny skies and calm conditions.
