Stockton School Teacher Robbed In Class
STOCKTON (CBS13) – A Stockton elementary school teacher was slightly injured during a robbery inside her classroom early this morning, according to Stockton police.
Police say the female teacher was in her classroom at Hazelton Elementary School preparing for the day around 7:45 a.m. when black man in his 40's or 50's entered and grabbed her purse.
The teacher fought with the suspect before he got away with the purse.
Police say the teacher suffered minor injuries. No children were in class at the time of the robbery.
