Stockton Police Searching For 'At Risk' Missing Teen

STOCKTON (CBS13) – Stockton Police are looking for missing teenager who was last seen four days ago.

Tom Phanin was last seen on May 21 when he left his home to go to a Carnival in the 400 block of E. March Lane.  He's a 13-year-old Asian boy described at 4 feet 9 inches tall weighing 100 pounds.  His hair is now shoulder length.

He was last seen wearing a blue short sleeve t-shirt, blue skinny jeans, yellow Van shoes, carrying a brown backpack and riding his skateboard.

Police have upgraded the status of his case to 'at risk' because of the amount of time he's been missing and they have exhausted all other leads.

Officers recently got information that Phanin may have been seen getting into a small dark car on Carrington Circle.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Stockton Police Department at 209 937-8377.
