Stockton Motorist Shot During Confrontation With 10 Men
STOCKTON (CBS13) - A 52-year-old Stockton motorist was shot after his way was blocked by a group of men.
Police say the man was driving his car on Marseille Way in the Bear Creek area at around 9 p.m. when 10 men appeared and blocked the road. The victim got out of the car and fought with one of the men who pulled out a gun and shot the man in the ankle.
The victim was able to get away and drive home.
Police haven't said whether the victim knew the suspects.
