Teen Arrested At Stockton Apartment Complex For Having Loaded Rifles
STOCKTON (CBS13) - A Stockton teen was arrested Sunday for illegally possessing two loaded rifles at an apartment complex.
Witnesses called police Sunday night at around 9:20 p.m. when they spotted 19-year-old Arthur Miller at the complex in the 2600 block of Marsh Street of Stockton with two rifles.
When Community Response Team officers arrived, they saw the suspect run through the complex. They found him a short time later hiding in a stairwell and arrested him on weapons charges.
Officers found the rifles, which have extended magazines.
