Solano County Counselor Arrested For Lewd Acts

VALLEJO, Calif. (CBS13) -- A counselor at a youth sobriety camp was arrested for alleged inappropriate acts on an adolescent, according to the Vallejo Police Department.

Investigators said the 43-year-old Peter Cobbold Small performed lewd acts on a child who started attending the Cornerstone Program at Solano Middle School in fall 2010. The allegations were made in March and authorities arrested Small last week.

The Solano County Mental Health Department, which directs the program, placed Small on administrative leave after the allegations were first made.
