Shots Fired In K-Mart Parking Lot
SACRAMENTO (CBS13) – A domestic dispute ended in gunfire in a busy South Sacramento parking lot Sunday afternoon, authorities said.
Police said a man confronted an ex-girlfriend and her current boyfriend in the parking lot of a K-Mart on Stockton Boulevard at about 2:30 p.m., aiming a gun at the other man and making threats.
The woman's boyfriend wrestled with the suspect for gun, triggering the firearm into the air at least once and forcing the suspect to flee.
No injuries were reported.
Investigators have not arrested the suspect but say they hope to do so Sunday evening.
