Fatal Shooting In Downtown Sacramento
SACRAMENTO (CBS13) — Police in Sacramento say 12th Street is closed between C and D Streets for a shooting investigation.
One person is dead, and the shooter is on the loose.
Police aren't releasing much more information about the shooting at this time.
