Sacramento Sheriff's Department Seeks 11-Year-Old Last Seen At Group Home

FAIR OAKS (CBS13) - The Sacramento County Sheriff's Department is asking for the public's assistance in locating an 11-year-old child who went missing from a group home Tuesday morning.

Miguel Sanchez was last seen at about 9:30 a.m. by staff members at the facility in the 9800 block of Fair Oaks Boulevard. He is considered at-risk due to his age.

Anyone who encounters the boy should proceed cautiously because he's prone to violent outbursts, Deputy Jason Ramos said.

Miguel is described as of Hispanic descent, 5 feet tall, weighing approximately 120 pounds. He was last seen wearing a gray shirt, gray jeans, and white tennis shoes.

Anyone with information about Sanchez's whereabouts is asked to call the Sheriff's Department at (916) 874-5115.
