Second Suspect In West Sacramento Hit-And-Run Surrenders To Police
WEST SACRAMENTO (CBS13) - A second suspect in Tuesday's fatal RV hit-and-run in West Sacramento turned herself in to police overnight.
Pamela McKee, 33, was a person of interest in the homicide investigation of Michael Ray Anderson. He was found dead in the parking lot of a liquor store off Sacramento Avenue.
The couple allegedly ran Anderson over with their RV.
Jamie Frazier says her father and younger brother were on their way back home when the RV passed by. Her brother told the couple he liked their music and to turn it up.
"And the dude looked at him and said 'Eff you,' and my dad turned around and said, 'What'd you say to my son?' And that man threw that motorhome in drive and ran my dad over. He didn't even get a chance to jump out of the way," she said.
Her brother says the driver then put the vehicle in reverse, before putting it back in drive, running over his dad a total of three times.
Joshua Neil Anthon, 31, of Rio Linda also turned himself in to police Thursday.
Both have been booked into Yolo County Jail on one count of murder.
