Second Child Dies After Interstate 5 Rollover Accident Near Arbuckle
ARBUCKLE (CBS13) – Another child has died from injuries sustained in a rollover crash in Arbuckle last week, according to the coroner.
A seven-year-old boy died on Monday at UC Davis Medical Center from injuries he suffered in the crash on Friday. His 9-year-old sister was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident.
The children were two of seven family members in a Toyota minivan that crashed into the center divide where it rolled over several times. CHP believes a blown tire caused the accident.
The parents and two other siblings were hurt. Another child was able to walk away from the crash.
