Cops: Drunk Man Fought With Teacher, Exposed Himself To Students
NORTH HIGHLANDS (CBS13) – A drunk man is under arrest after walking onto the campus of a North Highlands elementary school, getting into a fight with a teacher, then exposing himself to students before walking off campus and heading to another school and fighting with a student, according to Twin Rivers Police Department.
The first incident happened at around 8:15 a.m. at Joyce Elementary School at 6050 Watt Avenue when an intoxicated 21-year-old, identified as Elisara Maposua, came on to campus where he got into an argument with a staff member. Before he left, he exposed himself to students and made an obscene gesture.
The school was on a voluntary lockdown as police searched for the suspect.
After leaving the elementary school, Maposua allegedly walked toward Pacific High School where he police say he got into a fight with a 17-year-old student. The student was kicked in the head but not seriously hurt.
Police found the suspect near Melrose and Channing drives. He was arrested and is being charged with felony battery and indecent exposure.
