Constructed nearly entirely of granite, Granite Skatepark (also known as Power Inn) is one of the largest outdoor skating facilities in the U.S. Created by premier designer Wally Hollyday, the park boasts 45,000 sq ft. and the loyalty of SacTown skaters from novice to expert. This park features built in grom, flow, peanut and egg bowls and a full pipe section.
Tanzanite

Located in Natomas off Truxel, this park is home to many who prefer to shred in a smaller park. Open to skaters of any level, Tanzanite is as close to street skating as you can get without the street itself. Similar to Granite Skatepark, Tanzanite was also designed by Wally Hollyday and boasts extensive ledges and an over-vert pocket. This park is free for entry, and constructed from concrete. 8am-Sunset.

One of the more exclusive facilities in the Sacramento area, B St. Park is primarily enjoyed by serious skaters. Fabricated with wood ramps and bowls in a large hangar, skaters are encouraged to push the limits. This park is well maintained by parks and recreation and recommended by many a skate shop employee. There is an entry fee of $3, but it is well worth it to grind on quality. Protective gear is required.
Epic Skatepark

Epic is an indoor Skate Park in Rocklin, and is composed of concrete with wood ramps and solid rails. Team Pain designed this 36,000 square foot facility alongside itís owners, Danielle and Dirk Killingsworth. The large warehouse features wall-to-wall obstacles and handrails. Skaters at Epic enjoy a huge mini ramp and multiple street pieces. Hosting skate and scooter competitions, Epic caters the fun side of skateboard culture. The staff is pleasant and it seems this spot will continue to grow.
