Sacramento Woman Pleads For Return Of iPhone Dropped In Florin Road Parking Lot
SACRAMENTO (CBS13) — A Sacramento woman is pleading for the return of her stolen iPhone after she dropped it in a parking lot.
Brandi Cooper says she was in the Burlington Coat Factory parking lot on Florin Road when she accidentally dropped her phone, and surveillance video shows another man picking it up and walking away.
Cooper says it has priceless pictures of her son, who was born prematurely, spent months in the NICU and is now about to turn 1.
"From being taken off oxygen to being put back on oxygen to hospitalizations, we've been through a lot, so all of that's been captured on that memory card and that's what I'm looking to get back," she said.
Cooper says she just wants her phone returned, no questions asked.
The company says it will forward the video to police.
