Sacramento Sheriff's Department Looking For Unidentified Children In Man's Cellphone Photos
SACRAMENTO (CBS13) — The Sacramento County Sheriff's Department is looking for help identifying potential child victims after finding a large amount of photos of children on the cellphone of man arrested on Wednesday.
Garth Mendenhall Clark, 67, was arrested after a complaint he was following small children and took inappropriate photographs of a girl.
The sheriff's department is asking anyone who may have seen Clark taking pictures of children to contact them at 916-874-3002.
