Sacramento Playground Arson
SACRAMENTO (CBS13) — Your help is needed finding an arsonist in North Highlands.
Sacramento Metro Fire says someone intentionally set fire to a playground at Oakdale Elementary School this morning.
The playground is a complete loss.
