Sacramento Movie Theater Reopens After False Bomb Threat Forces Evacuation
SACRAMENTO (CBS13) - A movie theater in Sacramento is back open Thursday after a bomb threat was called in overnight.
Metro Fire officials say an employee pulled the fire alarm to help evacuate the building after someone called in the threat to the Century Theaters on Garfield Avenue around 10:30 p.m.
All the customers were taken outside and told to stay far away from the building.
Investigators and bomb sniffing dogs checked the theater, but nothing was found.
