UPDATE: Sacramento Woman And Toddler Son Reported Missing Found Safe
SACRAMENTO (CBS13) - A Sacramento woman and her toddler son who went missing Thursday are back home safe.
Fariha Kanwal, 23, and her son, Zakir Zamurad, were reported missing Thursday when they left to walk to a nearby park and didn't come home. On Friday, the two were found unharmed.
The woman became disoriented either heading to or from the park, and due to a language barrier, was unable to get directions home, according to Officer Doug Morse, of the Sacramento Police Department.
