Robbery Suspect Hits Same Rancho Cordova Bank Twice

RANCHO CORDOVA, Calif. (CBS13) – Investigators released surveillance photos of a suspect who has allegedly robbed the same Rancho Cordova bank twice in recent weeks.

The Sacramento County Sheriff's Department said the suspect first robbed the US Bank at 11111 Olson Drive on June 13 and then robbed it again on July 2.

In both incidents, the man indicated to employees he had a handgun hidden under his shirt and demanded cash, fleeing on foot before authorities arrived.

The suspect is described as a black male adult, about 40-50 years old, from 6'2" to 6'4" with a large, stocky build.

Anyone with information on the identity of the suspect is asked to contact the Sheriff's Robbery Bureau at (916) 874-5115, Crime Alert at (916) 443-HELP. Text messages can also be sent to 274637 with "SACTIP" at the beginning of the message.
