Report: Frank Gore Headed To Eagles
SANTA CLARA (CBS13) – Frank Gore, the 49ers' all-time leading rusher and arguably one of the faces of the franchise, could be heading to the Philadelphia Eagles.
The impending deal is being reported by NFL.com. According to the report, the Eagles are willing to give the 31-year-old Gore a 3-year deal.
Gore, an impending free agent, rushed for 1,106 yards this past season – his 10th with the 49ers. His 11,073 career yards puts him at number 20 on the NFL all-time rushing list.
According to the report, the 49ers are already beginning to explore options to replace Gore.
