Report: Boy And Adult Hurt In Rosemont Area Shooting

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) – A child and an adult were reportedly hurt in a shooting in Sacramento late Sunday evening, authorities said.

The Sacramento Police Department said a 20-year-old male and a 12-year-old child were wounded in an apartment complex on the 2300 block of Norcade Circle just after 8:15 p.m.

Both victims are expected to survive.

Multiple shots were fired, but the circumstances leading up the incident were not immediately available.

No suspects have been taken into custody.
