Rancho Cordova Airman Killed In Crash Returns Home
BEALE AIR FORCE BASE (CBS13) — The remains of a Rancho Cordova airman killed overseas made it back home on Friday.
Staff Sgt. Richard Dickson, 24, died last month in a plane crash in Afghanistan.
Today, dozens of military members gathered as his remains were returned to Beale Air Force Base.
The public also lined the streets to pay their respects as the procession drove by.
Another airman from Beale was also killed in that crash.
