UPDATE: Search For Parolee At Sacramento Apartment Complex Ends
SACRAMENTO (CBS13) - A suspect has been taken into custody shortly around 5:30 p.m.
Police were searching for the parolee hiding at an apartment complex in south Sacramento.
Armed with an arrest warrant, Sacramento police officers tried to apprehend the suspect at about 1 p.m. but he fled on foot.
The man held up at an apartment complex at Mack Road and Center Parkway.
The suspect was being sought for violating his parolee. Police believe he was armed. The apartment complex was being evacuated.
