Police: One Dead, One Wounded In Elk Grove Shooting
ELK GROVE (CBS13) -- The Elk Grove Police Department is currently investigating a shooting after a man was fatally shot and another wounded, according to authorities.
The male who was fatally shot was pronounced dead at the scene, and the other was taken to a local hospital to be treated. The condition of the victim is unclear at this time.
According to authorities, both victims appear to be elderly.
Officers say that the two men were walking on the sidewalk near Geneva Point Drive and East Stockton Blvd when shots rang out.
There have been no arrests made at this time.
