Police: Missing Turlock Teen Safe, Suspected Abductor An Officer From Oklahoma
TURLOCK (CBS13) – Police say a missing Turlock teen has been found safe and her suspected abductor has been taken into custody.
Alexis Odisho, 15, was reportedly missing Wednesday. Turlock Police identified her suspected abductor as a man in his 30s named Danniel Boone Morgan II and noted that he knew the girl, although their exact relationship had not been identified.
Morgan and Odisho were found in Las Vegas, police announced Thursday morning. Morgan has since been taken into custody, while Odisho will soon be reunited with her family.
Police say Morgan is currently a police officer with the Kiowa Police Department in Oklahoma. He has been put on administrative leave.
It is unclear at this point what charges Morgan is facing.
