Police Identify Homicide Suspect In Stockton Store Shooting
STOCKTON (CBS13) - The Stockton Police Department has identified one of the suspects in a shooting last month where a store owner was killed.
A homicide arrest warrant has been issued for Richard Alcaraz, 21.
Police say Alcaraz and another suspect entered Paisano's Market at 2460 E. Main Street and one of them fired multiple rounds into the store. Store owner Majad Ali Awnallah was shot and died at a local hospital.
The two suspects had stolen two cases of beer from the market about a half hour earlier, police said.
