Police Arrest 2 People Wanted For Fatal Hit-And-Run
CITRUS HEIGHTS (CBS13) -- Officers have arrested two suspects accused of killing a man during a hit-and-run in Citrus Heights on Monday.
Yuriyy Kokhanyy, 42, of Sacramento was crossing Greenback Lane just east of Garfield Avenue within the crosswalk when he was hit by a vehicle headed eastbound that just kept driving.
Following an investigation, CHP officers arrested the driver, Glen Henderson, 26, on charges of felony hit-and-run, conspiracy and driving without a license. He could also be charged with manslaughter.
Henderson's mother, Donna Fraser, 58, of Carmichael was arrested on charges of conspiracy and being an accessory after the fact.
