Pedestrian Struck, Killed In Arden Arcade Area
SACRAMENTO COUNTY (CBS13) – Authorities are searching for the driver that hit and killed a pedestrian in the Arden Arcade area Wednesday morning.
The incident happened just before 7 a.m. on Marconi Avenue at Calderwood Lane, just east of Fulton Avenue.
California Highway Patrol says the car took off after hitting the person. Few details about the vehicle, other than that it is red, are available.
Crews both directions of Marconi Avenue were closed for a time, but were reopened just before 9:30 a.m.
