Pedestrian Hit And Killed In Sacramento
SACRAMENTO (CBS13) - A pedestrian was hit and killed while crossing the road Tuesday morning in Sacramento.
Around 5:20 a.m., the man, described by police as a 42-year-old Asian male transient, was crossing Power Inn Road at Florin Road against the light when he was struck by a northbound vehicle that had a green light, according to CHP spokesperson Officer Michael Bradley.
Speed and alcohol reportedly did not contribute to the crash; however fog is believed to have been a factor.

The coroner's office has identified the man killed as Vay Li.
A dense fog advisory was issued for the area, set to expire at 10 a.m.
