Officer Shoots Man Holding Knife In South Sacramento
SACRAMENTO (CBS13) -- A south Sacramento man was shot by police officer responding to a family disturbance today.
A Sacramento Police officer responded to a residence in the 2900 block of Silk Court at about 1 p.m. A man in his 20s who reportedly was acting violently came out holding a knife and didn't respond to police commands.
An officer then shot the man, whose name has not bee released. His condition wasn't immediately known. The officer's name also hasn't been released.
