Oakland Raiders File Relocation Paperwork To Move To Las Vegas
The Oakland Raiders have filed relocation papers to move from Oakland to Las Vegas.
NFL.com reports that the move should become official in the next coming weeks. The team needs 24 in-favor votes from the league's owners in order to relocate. This news comes just after the Chargers announced a move from San Diego to Los Angeles.
If they do end up moving, the team will continue in Oakland for a few seasons until their new stadium is built.
