Non-Custodial Turlock Mom Arrested For Kidnapping And Abduction

TURLOCK (CBS13) - A Turlock woman is in jail for allegedly abducting her 10-year-old child over whom she does not have custodial rights, say Turlock police.

The child was walking home from school at approximately 4:40 p.m. in the 100 block of North Avenue when Tiana Stallworth, 29, allegedly picked the child up and drove to her home.

The child was discovered at 6:40 p.m.

Stallworth was arrested and booked into the Stanislaus County Jail on charges of kidnapping and parental abduction.

Police ask anyone who may have witnessed the abduction to contact Detective Francisco Navarro at 664-7319.
