NBA Commissioner David Stern Talks With Grant Napear About The Vote To Build A New Arena

NBA Commissioner David Stern calls The Grant Napear Show to talk about the latest news after the Sacramento City Council vote to build a new sports and entertainment complex in Sacramento passed.
