NBA Board Of Governors Approves Sale Of Kings To Ranadivé-Led Group
SACRAMENTO (CBS13) — At long last, the deal for the sale of the Sacramento Kings is ready to go, as NBA owners unanimously approved the deal.

Escrow on the $535 million deal is set to close by the end of the week, but the buzz continues in downtown Sacramento as many are looking to buy near the future arena site.
"It's been crazy," commercial real-estate broker Jason Goff said. "People have been calling about retail space, office space—everyone is really excited. Everyone trying to figure out how to make their lot before the thing even gets built."
The arena is not set to open for another three years, but developers believe Sacramento is now a great buy.
