Modesto Teen In Critical Condition After Being Hit While Riding Bike
MODESTO (CBS13) - A Modesto teen is in critical condition after being hit while riding his bike on Halloween, according to Modesto police.
Police say the 15-year-old boy was riding his bike at Briggsmore and Roselle avenues when he apparently rode into the path of an oncoming car.
The driver wasn't able to stop and hit the teen knocking him off his bike into oncoming traffic.
The teen was taken to the hospital and is listed in critical condition.
Officers don't believe alcohol was a factor in the crash.
