Modesto Man Found Shot To Death On Rural Road
MODESTO (CBS13) – Sheriff's detectives are investigating an overnight homicide of a Modesto man on the side of a rural road.
The body of 32-year-old Ernie Aguayo was discovered on Lair Road near Grayson Road at around 1 a.m. Thursday by a passerby, according to the Stanislaus County Sheriff's Department.
Aguayo had suffered a gunshot sometime Wednesday evening.
There are no suspects in custody at this time.
