Modesto City Council Seeking Public's Opinion On New City Logo
MODESTO (CBS13) – The Modesto City council is about to make a big vote…on a new city logo and they want your opinion.
Back in 2009, a group began an endeavor to come up with a new image to help represent and sell the city.
The group asked the community which characteristics best represented the city and then used the answer to design the logo.
The Modesto City Council will be considering approval of the proposed logo at its March 27 meeting. They are asking for the public's opinion. You can send your comment to logo@modestogov.com by Wednesday, March 21, or call 577-5223.
This new logo does not change Modesto's motto of "Water Wealth Contentment Health."
