Missing Rio Linda Woman Considered At-Risk

RIO LINDA (CBS13) - The Sacramento Sheriff's Department is searching for a missing Rio Linda woman who is considered to be in danger due to her health.

Janice Jackson, 70, was reported missing from her Rio Linda residence in the 6100 block of Dry Creek Road on Monday afternoon, says Sgt. Jason Ramos with the sheriff's department. She is considered to be in danger because she suffers a medical condition, which was unspecified by Ramos.

Jackson is described as a black female, 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighing about 130 pounds. She has reddish-brown hair, brown eyes and was wearing a white, mock neck turtleneck sweater and pink dress pants.

Anyone with information about Jackson's location is asked to call the Sheriff's Department at (916) 874-5115.
