Missing Citrus Heights Man Considered At-Risk
CITRUS HEIGHTS (CBS13) - Citrus Heights police are asking for help from the public to locate a missing adult who is considered at-risk.
Fifty-seven-year-old Carlos Arvizu was last seen by his family on Monday around 4:30 p.m. He left his house on White Birch Court wearing a black t-shirt, dark jeans, and carrying a baby-blue backpack.
Arvizu had previously suffered a traumatic brain injury.
