UPDATED: Missing At-Risk Elderly Man Found At Travis AFB Veterans Hospital

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) - A missing at-risk elderly man has been found safe at the Travis Air Force Base Veterans Hospital after going missing four days ago.

Investigators say 73-year-old Donald Bell was last seen Wednesday evening at Capitol Freewill Baptist Church in the 6200 block of Watt Avenue.

Bell is described as a white male, 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighs 165 pounds, has short grey hair and blue eyes. He is clean-shaven and wears glasses.

He drives a red 1997 Ford Taurus, with California license plate "3SOK655".

Bell suffers from throat cancer and can only eat through a stomach tube, which he must do at home. He also takes numerous life-sustaining medications, which were found at his home.
