Michael Lyon Released To Home Detention
SACRAMENTO (CBS13) -- Former real estate executive Michael Lyon has been released to home detention, according to Sacramento Sheriff's Dept.
Lyon was sentenced to 30 days in jail after he pleaded guilty to four counts of secretly videotaping prostitutes in his homes.
He was originally sentenced to one year in jail, but the Sacramento County sheriff said he would take a look at Lyon's conduct after one month.
Sacramento County authorities began investigating Lyon in late August 2010. In September, Lyon resigned as CEO of his real estate company.
Surveillance video obtained by CBS13 shows a man, who is said to be Lyon, lying on a bed smiling while a naked woman, who sources say is a prostitute, is standing in front of him.
