Michael Lyon Could Get Out Of Jail This Week
SACRAMENTO (CBS13) -- Former real estate mogul Michael Lyon could get out of jail this week.
Lyon is up for review today after he pleaded guilty to four counts of secretly videotaping prostitutes in his homes and was sentenced to 30 days in jail.
He was originally sentenced to one year in jail, but the Sacramento County sheriff said he would take a look at Lyon's conduct after one month.
Sacramento County authorities began investigating Lyon in late August 2010. In September, Lyon resigned as CEO of his real estate company.
Surveillance video obtained by CBS13 shows a man, who is said to be Lyon, lying on a bed smiling while a naked woman, who sources say is a prostitute, is standing in front of him.
