Metering Lights Malfunctioning In Sacramento
SACRAMENTO (CBS13) -- City officials say all metered lights on Sacramento on-ramps are malfunctioning, causing serious traffic delays.
Authorities say all local metering lights are either stuck on red or shut off altogether. The Department of Transportation said a software glitch is to blame for the error and the problem may not be fixed until Monday.
