McDonald's To Trim Its Drive-Thru Menu
McDonald's drive-thru menu will be slimming down, according to plans revealed Wednesday.
The Wall Street Journal reports McDonald's plans on no longer displaying its full menu on drive-thru display boards, aiming to streamline and speed up the experience. The plans were announced to franchises during a webcast conference.
Only McDonald's top-selling items will be on the drive-thru menu boards, but it's unclear if that means you won't be able to order your favorite meal if you have it memorized.
McDonald's has been unveiling a whole slew of changes this year after less-than-stellar profits. From a plan to offer their breakfast menu all day to adding the superfood kale to its ingredients, McDonald's has been busy trying to lure back customers.
