Local business leaders met with Johnson today in an effort to help the city attract new companies and create jobs. Johnson pointed to a number of businesses that have shut down, and says the city is offering incentives to lure businesses to the city.

"Sometimes it's differing, creating tax incentives, tax increment dollars, or create streamline in the planning dept. There's a host of things that can be done," said Johnson.
