Masked Suspect Shoots And Kills Man In Stockton
STOCKTON (CBS13) - Police say a man was shot and killed by a masked man in Stockton overnight.
The shooting happened just after midnight outside an apartment complex on Delaware and Elmwood avenues just east of Interstate 5.
Police say a car had just pulled up to the gates of the Pinetree apartment complex when two masked suspects approached the car.
An argument started before one of the masked men fired into the car shooting and killing a 21-year-old man.
A 20-year old woman was also shot but survived.
A third person was not hurt.
The suspects got away. Police are still investigating and have not released suspect descriptions or the identity of the victim.
